This is a 4 week program of training and game play.  Players will learn and refine basic to high level skills. They will then learn to use those skills in game like situations and eventually in games.  Players will learn how to truly understand and execute a 2 man game, understand off ball movement and how to make decisions faster than they every have.

We will be running the high School session from 10:30am to 12:00pm.  Please be dressed and ready to go onto the floor promptly at 10:30 am.

In this training there are no long sticks.  Defenseman play with a short stick requiring better footwork.  Otherwise you use all of your field gear and it is recommended to also wear rib pads. Rib pads can be found on most online retailers.
